Shaw's 4/5-4/11

Here is my list of what I'm buying on Friday (gotta get in before the shelf clearers):

As you notice, I'm kinda OC about my shopping lists. I also have a random cell in Excel that calculates my % saved (just with coupons, Shaw's includes the sales in it's percentage). You'll notice that I have 2 total cells. I'm sorry. The $33 is the total amount of coupons, and $19.24 will be my out of pocket cost.

Note: Edy's is BOGO. I was told that it will be $5. To make my spreadsheet work, I used $2.50. That is so that I know how many I need to buy without screwing up my coupons I will use.

2nd Note: I will also be getting a $3 catalina for buying floss. That will make the net cost of floss 14 cents each.

2nd Shaws Trip

I had to split a transaction up, so this is my 2nd trip.

I went with my mom, which is never good news. She's an impulse buyer, and I end up literally paying for it.

Shaw's Trip

(6) 7 Up Tens $1
-(6) $.75 off 1 (Do not double on coupon)= $0.25 each (1.50 total)

(3) Dole Frozen fruit- $2
- (3) $.75 off 1= $0.50 ea ($1.50 total)

(1) Koru Yogurt- $1
- (1) $.75 off 1 (double to 1.50!!)= $0.50 MM

(1) Garlic Bread (REALLY???? AHH!!)- 1.99
NO COUPON!!! GRRRR
I also used a $.50 catalina from earlier.

Total= $4.49

My cashier did something weird, and I only end up paying $4.14. I think he forgot a .75 off coupon, but included a .30 that doubled? I'm so confused. I'm happy I didn't end up paying like 6x more though.

Saved= 19.06 or.... 82%

Mars Coupons

So I have these coupons for B2G1 Mars candy bars. I have some that are like for the normal ones (yay!) and some for the bigger ones (where in hell can I find those?). 

The real question is where can I use my coupons for the best price?

CVS has some candy bars for B1G1 for $.25. I have no idea what price that would be. 

I think Shaws has some of the random snickers for BOGO. The coupon does list Snickers, but not the random flavor ones. AHHH!!

I would like to use them at Shaws. I also have a $3 off $30 and a $5 off $50, so I’d love to combine coupons. 

Does anyone have a better suggestion?

Hot Deal

This is one of my favorite deals at Shaw’s this week. 

Progresso Recipe Starters are $1.50 each. 
Buy 2 and $3 off fresh chicken (which is about $3 a lb right now.)

Use 2 .50 off 1 coupons (which double up to a dollar) for the recipe starters and get….

2 Recipe Starters and a pound of chicken for $1!
